The oil is delicate to medium in style with well balanced fruit, bitterness and pepper. It is tropical in character with similar flavours on the palate with pithy grapefruit and the bitterness of growing almond skin.

Here it is loaded aboard the cargo sailing ship Nordlys, and shipped across the Bay of Biscay to Torbay, Devon where it is collected by electric van.
